He was born on September 6, 1961 in the Vinchos district of the Huamanga Province – Ayacucho. He inherits Textile Art from his father, Don Esteban Fernández Flores (backstrap loom), later he perfected his techniques alongside other notable and great Ayacucho masters.
His works represent events related to the miscegenation of our culture and the Andean worldview and at the same time embody mixed conceptions of contemporary events.
It should also be noted that Maestro Ciprian is the winner of national and international awards and recognitions. He knows about other cultures from other countries thanks to the trips he made as an artist and businessman.
Currently, the teacher Ciprián Fernández Quispe, together with the support of his children, created Arte Taller LLAPANMAKI, in which he is currently showing the great beauty of his art and creativity to our visitors.
